Staying at Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse, London West End was an unforgettable experience. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring London, with easy access to theatres, restaurants, and bars. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including fluffy bathrobes and free toiletries. We took advantage of the spa treatments, including the Swedish Massage which was incredibly relaxing. the staff were attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the complimentary WiFi and room service were convenient touches that added to our overall comfort. the continental breakfast was delicious, although the cereals could use more allergy information. We will definitely be back!
